January 9th, (my birthday), marks the 4th month since I’ve had major shoulder surgery. It has been a long road to recovery and I must admit I have had my doubts during rehab. I have questioned myself and thought am I ever going to compete at the highest standard and be the Ironwoman that I once was? With this in mind, would I ever be able to roll my 19 ft, 18 kg ski to catch and hold onto it in massive waves again? In my training would I ever be able to do chin ups again and on a lighter side would I ever be able to do my one arm push up party trick?
