Last night 102.9 Hot Tomato treated it’s listeners to a star studded party. It was held in the Ballroom at Jupiters Casino, celebrity guests included Ironwoman Hayley Bateup, Ironmen Shannon Eckstein, Caine Eckstein and Matt Poole, GC Suns football players, actors from Home and Away and stars from Farmer Wants a Wife.
Hayley is doing an on air interview in the Atrium Bar with Hot Tomato’s Mal and Luke before heading into the Star Party.
Bateup collects beach run gold

HAYLEY Bateup may have to wait another 12 months for a shot at winning another Aussie ironwoman title but the 31-year-old Kurrawa star has found another event to try and dominate after clinching the Queensland 2km beach run gold on the weekend.
Sidelined all summer as she recovered from major shoulder surgery, a hit to the ribs in a training accident forced Bateup to forgo her shot at the ironwoman title.
