HOW do four gorgeous, athletic women spend a fun Saturday night out? By punching each other in the head, it seems.
These four high-profile women will put their looks, from which they have all made money, on the line to begin boxing careers at a charity black-tie ball at QT Hotel on Saturday night.
And they are not going out there to look pretty.
Erotic actress and television star Belinda Gavin, who has some fighting experience, conceded being hit in the head was difficult for the women to, well, get their heads around.
“The concept of being hit is different and something you have to overcome,” she said.
“I really put my heart and soul out to boxers. They do it day in, day out and it’s tough.”
She will face off against ironwoman champion Hayley Bateup.
The women are novices in the ring apart from model Hannah Lindgren. She is a regular to boxing — in a bikini, that is.
“I’ve done a bit of ring girl work, which is how all of this came about,” she said.
“It’s been on my bucket list for a bit.”
Lindgren will go up against reality-TV star Sarah Godfrey and concedes she is not sure how it will feel being in the ring to fight.
