Hayley Out and About

Post Coolangatta Gold Hayley has been busy with a range of media and PR appearances around the country including a recent trip to Wollongong to play in the ‘Stumping Serious Disease’ fundraising cricket match.  Bateup joined a range of national and international celebrities who took part in the 20/20 match.

Celebrities including Adam Gilchrist, Carl Hooper, Adam Hollioake, Nikki Hudson, Wendell Sailor, Martin Gibbs, James Brayshaw, Damien Martin, Martin Crowe, Merv Hughes, Darren Lehmann, Justin Melvey and Greg Price all took part in the match before heading to a gala dinner to raise money for the charity.

Hayley also attended the Jupiter’s Casino celebrity poker night last week playing the likes of Scotty Prince, Matt Rogers, Greg Bird, Renee Gartner, Luke Pollock (the Renovators) and GC United players in the game. Unfortunately Hayley didn’t make it to the finals table but had a great time at the event and is looking forward to their next match!

Hayley visited her former school, Keebra Park State High, on Wednesday for their sports award presentation. Keebra, known for their sports program asked Hayley to speak about her time at the school and her Ironwomen career before presenting various sports awards the Schools stars of the future.

Most recently Hayley was invited to Palazzo Versace lounge, trackside at the GC600 on the Gold Coast. She enjoyed the watching the race in style before heading to the official GC 600 concert featuring Simple Minds, Eskimo Joe, Hoodoo Gurus.
